Yep. Just run the files in Cathedral Assets Optimizer and you can play! It's a two minutes conversion.

Super love this mod!! One of skyrim's hidden gems, however, it seems to be too dark with EFLX

Beautiful house!! I love the layout, the grandeur of the place without being over the top or gigantic, and a nice sense of warmth to it too. my favorite areas is by far the library and the master bedroom. Such a cool place. Thank you for putting this mod and for the time and detail put into it. A definite keep for me, in fact it's my main house for my character right now.

I have to tell you, that at the beginning, I only downloaded this mod to look at the aquarium. But the minute I walked into the entry, I was hooked! If you aren't an interior designer, you should be!! I think someone else said this, but if this were a real house, I'd buy it and live in it for real. I had every intent to download, look at the aquarium, and then delete the mod. But there is NO WAY that is going to happen now. I am blown away by your creativity. That aquarium is amazing (I could watch it for hours). The way you have it framed by the doorways when you first come in and see it is pure genius! This place is stunning! And the creative way you did the lights on the library tables, and the semi-circular bookcases just blew me away. And the way you created the bath and shower to actually produce "steam" for the hot water effect when it is turned on was amazing. Your decor is off the charts. Seriously, if you aren't an interior designer, you best get your butt to school and learn it. You are a natural. And oh, Mr. Buttons. . .amazing. You are also amazing. I usually prefer the big monster size castles, and I also require tons of mannequins because I am a "collector". But this one feels like home and here is where I'll stay. The 4 other huge castles I own will serve as warehouses. . .your mod will serve as home. Thanks for your hard work on this mod and for sharing it. Going to endorse right now. I can't believe so few have found this mod!!!! As you can tell, I can't say enough.

Everything is nice except the clutter. It's only a matter of time until stuff flies off the shelves and whatnot for no reason. Making the clutter static would be a good idea.

First, I want to say that this is one of the best house mods I have used. Second, I want thank you for putting so much time and effort into this mod and sharing it with us. I would like to suggest a pool area and more places for followers to sleep. I have about ten followers that I switch between, and they need a good place to live(preferably with me). I usually don't post comments, but this is my favorite house mod, and I noticed that others had also asked for more bedrooms. The pool area would just be a bonus for my lady followers... Thanks again for the awesome mod, and keep up the good work!

First off, thanks a ton for this mod. I've used it for over 6 months and have loved and endorsed it. The only problem is that updating it has given me a major issue. The house causes my game to crash A LOT. I had been, up until last night, only ever running version .85, and then I updated to version 1.25. I had first emptied every weapon rack, mannequin, display case, and container I had put stuff into so I wouldn't lose everything. Just as a note, I was able to make it through the entire house at that time (and that involved covering the ENTIRE house as I had stuff in containers all over the place and had used every weapon plaque and mannequin) and I did not have one single game crash or even great slowing down of the game, except for the minor hiccup sometimes when I went into a chest or plaque that had a unique weapon from a mod my computer hadn't loaded in a while.

Now that I updated, I literally save every time I get to successfully place a single weapon on a weapon plaque, fill a mannequin, and maybe every 10-15 items I stick into any given container I stop filling it, exit the container, and save, and then go back in, because it just crashes THAT MUCH. It crashes the least while trying to fill mannequins and containers, but I have not gotten even while in the inventory management screen over a minute of play without crashing, and walking requires saving every two to three steps and it runs insanely slow whenever I try to turn or look in certain directions (I've been making it through the entire house looking at the floor as much as possible to try and minimize this). This is on a system that except for the odd hiccup of firsttime loading a certain object maintains a steady 43-55 FPS outdoors and is always dead on 65+ indoors.

Now granted, I have a s#*! ton of mods running. I have 138 currently active off .esps, a handful deactivated, and about 40 texture and visual enhancements that don't have an esp for me to count. However, I DID NOT CHANGE ANY MODS BESIDES THIS HOUSE MOD to have these issues start, which is why I am led to believe it is this mod. For a long time I thought it was just an issue with the fact I had over 7000 lbs of equipment on me when I was done emptying the house in preparation for updating to version .85, but I have managed (don't ask how many saves and crashes its been, I spent 4 hours straight last night and a few more today before I decided that CANT be the issue) and am now down to only 598lbs left, with absolutely no change in the amount of crashes that have occurred, and every single item from mods OUT of my inventory into various containers or plaques. If you don't get back to me with any ideas as to what the issue might be, I did keep the old .85 esp file and I will just revert back to that one and use a save from a while ago right before I installed this latest update (which thank god I just happened to keep). I do have this mod as the last in my load order, which may have helped ever so slightly, but it might have just been more wishful thinking as I don't know its really lasted much longer in actual time since I made sure to place it last in the load order.

Thanks for your help, if you have any, and thanks for this mod. Even if I have to go back to .85 its still such a beautifully designed mod it would hardly upset me!

Oh and just as a PS, my game does not crash when I leave the house (the way I managed to do that was by using a teleportation spell from the skyrim school of witchcraft and wizardy mod). Or at least not more than a normal Bethesda game, I was able to get about 45 minutes out of it before a crash outside of the house, which is pretty typical with all the mods I have going, depending on where I am at (I went to Markarth which I was assuming would be the most similar to your house, as its based mostly off the same dwemer styling, and I did my best to jump, sprint, and fly around and give the GPUs a hard time to see if it was crashing anymore than usual as a general rule now)

Yes, just tried that and the house is working as it was before. Haven't had a crash or slow spot in it yet, so I am guessing I will just stick with that version. Can't imagine what the problem is, but then again with running this many mods I also can't imagine what the problem ISN'T, there's so much I would imagine could in one way or another be incompatible. I'm just not sure what in the house changed from .85 to 1.25 that made it happen, but it's ok, I'll just keep using it with naked mannequins. Still my favorite POH in the game (mods and vanilla)

As interior is concerned, this is the best housing mod. I have gone through so many, and have always found too many negatives to endorse them. Given, this is just a simple mod: No extra scripts, no extra programing. Still, if your were to gab the creation kit and look at it, you would notice that there is so much complexity involved in this beautiful design. If this was a real place, I would love to live there; as long as the dragon doesn't eat me... Please don't complain about size, about mannequin issues that can be solved with other mods, location, etc. If anything!, for just to give it a little boost, I would suggest creating an elevator leading to an underground cavern similar to the one in Domus Dementisus, Dovahkiin Temple, or Caethspell Caverns. I notice a triple stairway can be built leading to an elevator starting from the bedroom sector. Currently the double stairway leads to the hallway to the magical crafting station. This can be done with minor adjustments and without altering the occlusion planes at all. I would love to create one, but lack the creativity and time to do so.

If not, I still love this mod.
