This version simply adds a new NMM/FOMOD installer as an All In One package (all texture resolutions in one package). No other differences with the mod from version 1.1a, so if you already had that version installed, you do not need to re-install anything.
Sorry for the lack of updates lately. Real life issues have kept me busy, but finally found some time to work on this.
See the changelog for details. This update mainly makes SIP current with Skyrim 1.9.32.0 and adds compatibility with the DLCs and Unofficial Patches. I also tweaked one of the small texture sets to make it look a little better, because I didn't like the look of it in game.
Also, in my (very limited) spare time I've been trying to learn how to use 3ds max. My goal (hope) is that I can learn enough to maybe tweak the puddle meshes or the ground meshes where the real puddle effects sit so that they don't look as blocky/jagged as they do now. My hope is that I can make the puddles look like they have a smoother, more natural transition when contacting the ground shapes. 3ds max is a challenge to learn, so may take me a while to figure it out, but hopefully will be worth it.
I don't think i've messed up, since all other mods work perfectly, and i use Mod Organizer. But my puddles are still very pixelated in game, despite having this mod and the esp activated. I don't have any mod that would change the city, if that makes any difference.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I couldn't tell from the description. Is it possible to use this mod as a standalone replacer without the plugin? I use JK's Skyrim and mods that edit certain cityspaces, and I don't think would be compatible with this.
Do you have any future plans with the mod? Anything that can be added, improved, or whatever? Also, there might be some things in the unofficial patches that might be worth adding - after all, the mod was last updated well over a year ago.

Enjoy!
EDIT: Tested with fomod installer and it now works fine. Download fomod all in one file.
Thanks, very much, for the effort, will return with an endorsement.
Cheers!
EDIT: I really should read more carefully. *bows head in shame*

Pretty sure I downloaded the wrong installer upon further inspection
