It would be nice to mention it in the description, as this mod would only be used by those who do not want USKP.
If users still experience this issue with USKP, they should first check their load order for things that overwrite USKP's files and then apply appropriate compatibility patches.
When I look under the active effects page it only says 50% magicka regen, and nothing about shout times. Does it still apply the effects but just not say it or something?
Interesting I've been using this mask for a while now... Although I noticed getting two Talos blessings with separate timers?! I wonder if Morokei had anything to do with that.
I don't know if you even still check this, but I have to say I absolutely love this mod. Recently started playing my save again and after I found this mod I immediately went and dug Morokei out of storage and ditched the circlet version. Kudos to you.
Hi! Could you also tweak the armor rating of the mask? I'm not sure if it was intended, that a dragon priest mask's base AR is half of a hide helmet, since krosis and volsung (the other two light armor masks) both have 21.

edit: never mind, i figured out that i get a better protection with the mage armor perk. Great mod, endorsed!
