This is a gem and I can't understand how so few have endorsed it! What a monumental piece of work, complete with internal hyperlinks. Awesome! The number of times I have fiddled about the internet and other files trying to get a handy code and here it all is. What an epic piece of work and thank you so much for it! you could increase your download buffers as it is a biggish file and is a 4 min download
I started doing something similar but your versions is soooo much better.
I know this took alot of hard work and time.
