The enhanced version doesn't ignore armor.

I spawned a Bandit Chief (they are usually heavy armored), and shot him with the normal version, took note of the health loss, and reloaded and used the enhanced version. They both did the same amount of damage.

Still can't build it at the forge. Can you patch it so it's craftable please?
