Just browsing comments 2 years later. I see this is from April 2015. There's an optional file in Thunderchild from January 2015 to change the shouts to Dovah instead of English. You don't need this mod if using that optional file, it replaces vanilla shouts too. It's this mod, words only, complete version, with Thunderchild shouts added into the mix. Just leaving this here for anyone wondering in the future.

Installer does not work properly with Mod Organizer, causing the Complete version and all the other files (Skyrim, Dawnguard and Dragonborn) to all be installed at once.
This can be worked around by choosing manual after the installer menu pops up. A directory of the mods internal file should pop up, expand the esp folder then expand whichever of the three dragon language options you prefer, name, word, or both. Progress through the tree until you find the esp in the folder with the options you want and with the DLC you have, then click and drag the esp to the root <data> folder and uncheck all the other folders. If you did it right the text at the bottom left of the installer menu should turn green and say "Looks good" and you should only have ONE "SIDT - Complete.esp" file outside the folder structure, so hit OK and you are done.

I use Categorized Favorites Menu, so I have to manually edit the cfg so the shout will display in the menu.
