   Something I did for myself but which others might also like; I changed the SSE port of [Runed Nordic Weapons] from an "additional weapons" mod into a "base game tex/mesh replacement" mod (including LeanWolf's Better-Shaped Weapons patch)

      just open your console and type "player.setav weaponspeedmult x" replace "x" with the value you want. 1 is default.

       It says standalone so not a replacer.
