@ Flufennnuger: i downloaded with manager and it worked for me, did you choose the optional file?, the one thats called "Ring Of Dragonborn EXP"? if you did that and feel that the exp bonus is not effecting your skills, heres how i test if it worked: get the ring, find a skill with nothing on the skills bar, save before an enemy, attack the enemy once, look at that skills bar, see how much you gained, then load the save you just saved, then equip the ring, attack the enemy once, and see how much you gained, i see the effect working, if you have done all of this and it still does not work, please comment about it, and ill get back to you, thanks.
i cant get it to work on nexus mod loader. i have worked dozens of fonv mods before , i just not sure of the skyrim nexus mod loader mods only show up in the install nexus "mods" but not on nexus "plugins" front part mods with esp unlike the fallout ones?????????
what are you talking about, all you do is download with manager, and when its done, click on it then click activate, once thats done, start skyrim, and go to high hrothgar, the ring is behind the fire pit, between the back stairs, look at pictures on this page and you will know where it is.
options......you mean the optional file, the one thats not the main file, it will not show up in options, have you ever played skyrim or modded, because it does nto sound like you have.
It dose work, I was just looking at the effect wrong. I was thinking that it would add points to your skill level. Now the problem is that I accidentally disenchanted the ring. is there a console code to get it back.
I equip the ring and nothing happens. I also have a bug in this game where I can’t use shout because the first quest won’t complete and I have like 70 mods active so I probably broke something.
I loaded the "Ring of DragonbornEXP" file, but I just get the other ring (with the 20% shout CD). Is there something I'm missing here? Is there one for +100% EXP or not?
Hi, I know that, most likely, you will not read this message, but still answer the question. I deleted the mod, forgetting about removing the ring. Effects remained. What should I do ???
you will have to re install the mod, load your character, unequip the ring then save, basically you need to find a way to use the ring to unequip the effect, i hope you did not save the game after loading with the mod uninstalled, but that might not be an issue if the ring overwrites the effects and takes it away after unequipping. i hope this helps
Hey do you have to complete the dragonborn quests up on the throat of the world before getting the ring? cause when i got up there and went to take it. it said steal Ring of Dragonborn, and then one of the greybeards up and took it from me.
well holy crap, i never delt with that, no you don't have to complete anything to get the ring, ill have to edit the ring so that it is the players ring, thanks for informing me about this, i would like others to reply to this post, if they too have had to steal it. Thanks
You can't find it on your charactor - Its at High Hrothgar, it does not end up in inventory with you load your charactor, pictures show where the ring is.
You put it in the data folder - did you put the esp file in data or the data folder in data?, only put the esp file in the data folder, use NMM

Question about this
Could you make a similar ring with 80 or 85% lower cooldown on shouts rather than 100%?
Thanks in advance!
