    In response to post #7493937.

Well, It is hard to write down exactly. But essentially I modified the shout time, and then under the spell for the shout, I changed the... Magnitude I believe it was called, of the shout. Basically, the first word of the shout slowed time by about 1/3, the second shout slowed it by 1/5, and the third word slowed it down by 1/10. My other mod has a version that slows time by 1/20, which I mentioned in the reply tothe comment below. This mod doesn't actually technically "stop time" it just slows time down to 1/1000 of what speed time usually goes at, giving it the appearance of time being frozen. So if you took a screenshot of a moving NPC, waited for one thousand seconds, (about 18 and 1/2 minutes) and took another screenshot, the NPC would have moved how mich he would have normally moved in 1 second. However, as this mod freezes time for 1 minute max on the third shout, that point is rendered moot, but it is literally impossible for the human eye to pick ip on ANY movement whatsoever. Thanks for commenting, and I hope that answers your question.

It does. I did try to have it less than 0,01 magnitude but it wouldn't work.

Hm... Well I don't know why. Although this mod is buggy enough with it not working sometimes, but it seems to be working now for most people formmost times. It's possible you were saving and activating the mod you were trying to do wrong, or just not updating the shout properly with the different spell. I believe I forgot to say that above, after modifying the magnitude in the spell, you shoukd go and change the shout cool down times and make sure it has the right spell inside each of the shout word slots. I say to change the cooldown because than you can know whether you activated the mod correctly or not, helping to narrow down the problem.

This was really cool the first two times I used it. Now it freezes permanently every time. If I try to reload it loads up still stuck so I can't use it and make any progress since objects like doors won't move when time is stopped.

Edit: It seems that once it happens it continues unless I exit the game entirely then reload. It's been working fine since then.

I have had this happen to me as well and I do not know why it is happening, as it shouldn't. It seems that it may have something to do with the enemies around you at the time, as in how many NPCs and stuff there is, but I am not entirely sure. As long as it is working fine now I guess that's cool, so.... I am glad you are enjoying it! In addition if you are interested, I have a mod called "Better Slow Time Shout" that I uploaded a V2 on it that doesn't freeze time, but makes it so that it moves very slow. It has a 100% success rate on it, that is why I am telling you. Thank you for commenting, and I am glad you enjoy it!

Of course you can! That would be stupid if you couldn't.
