   I'm sorry, but your mod doesn't work for me. Not with an old save and not in a new game.
   My health regenerates just the same.

      Is the "player.modav healrate -0.7" stop your health regen of is the issue caused by a perk?

   To anyone wondering, this addresses all 3 MagicEffect IDs that cause health regen to recommence.
   
   Thanks a lot for the effort, sure learned something looking at your mod
