Fix Sinderion's Serendipity
The main file only fixes bugged perks (quest related mostly) which revert back health regen to their base value. The quickest, easiest (and safest) way to deactivate health regen for your character is to type the following in the console (open it with ²: above tabulation and on the left of 1): player.modav healrate -0.7
If you do not want to use this method download the optional file. Be aware that it modify every playable races and may (or may not) messes with npc.
