Load order shouldn't be a factor... have you downoaded the required files that I have listed, apachiskyhair, apachifemales, and apachimales.... all are required.
pretty good set of followers. their hair color is maybe just a little bit distracting, but regardless, nice work. nice set of followers with diversity. hope to see more of your work, thank you for adding this, endorsed
When I add weaponry (dependent on my modding skill) they will be broken down into 4 categories (earth/fire/air/water) which is how the zodiac is broken down. At that point each character will be associated with a particular weapon for them.
I was going to ask the author of Jswords if I could use his/her meshes/textures, but I cannot seem to find them on the nexus any longer.

Unfortunately no, I will not be separating them based on gender. If you do not want a specific gender, then I recommend opening the creation kit and simply deleting the actors that you do not want. They are all at the bottom and labelled as say "zodiacCaitlan, or zodiacAramus, etc" or simply ignoring the ones you don't want.

As stated, weapons are a work in progress. But yeah a mead hall of some sort would be nice, it is something I want to look into.
Not really looking for companion mods at the moment, but each one has a distinct look, and the names aren't too "out there" for Tamriel, so...nice work. If you were to somehow give these guys/girls a mead hall of their own to gather in/return to when dismissed, and maybe a special enchanted weapon/other bit of gear each, in theme with the whole zodiac thing, this could become quite the interesting mod.

I just realized 1.2 and 1.3 seem to be separate files.
