Let's summarize here since the description is unreadable or something.
- Go to shrine, activate "Strange Shrine" - Use the lesser power "Imbue Weapon" given to you by the shrine - Power attack - Use lesser power to turn off when desired
- (optional) Use the configuration menu to change values/colour

SPOILERS: It MIGHT be at the location circled in the image of the map uploaded, you know, the one that's always third in the image bar at the top of this page, the image mentioned in the description a few tabs over.
EDIT: I lied, I never mentioned it in the description, let's amend that.
I completely understand his confusion, I was lost for the same reason. His point is valid and your map is ridiculous. The most common sense interpretation? "I am standing here, the shrine is north east of me where I made the other circle (that in fact has no meaning or significance whatsoever and sends everyone to the wrong location)"
You could just add a marker to the world map or remove the other pointless circle from your screenshot. Then people would stop asking.
Seeing the map, it's not hard to find it. "To get started visit the "Strange Shrine" north of Silent Moons Camp!" This was the first description of location and was enough.
I...don't care. Map makers are dumb, I'll probably edit the image, it's supposed to say "o hai" next to a circle, but my ability to move a mouse in any degree of smoothness is clearly lacking.
But there will never be a map maker, ever, never ever, no no no. Should never have existed in the first place.
To be honest i actually did enjoy the FAQ part of your decription(tought it was funny). Also for those who could not understand the map part i think they do lack the skill to read the map. And when i say skill i don't mean in skyrim skills. But as somone else already said confusion is pretty normal. Also adding another marker would probly enable the fast travel script as well wich would ruin all the fun along the way so i'll side with the mod's author this time. Oh and just a suggestion to author i think you should make the SKYUI required so that everyone can enjoy the mod to fullest.
Old as this is I feel like saying this so meh; He's pointing at Silent Moons Camp with his cursor.... you walk north. Hit a wall? Go left or right, move around it, use your head. Do people still ask this question?
lmao i had to chime in too sorry, are these people just kids who dont understand simple direction? i mean damn.. and thanks for this mod bro i was lookin in the ck at why or how bloodskal blade gets it's effect and i was like yknow what f*#@ this, there's gotta be a mod for this bs
I mean if you want duel wielding make a mod (or find one) that makes detecting were the sword easy link it and maby he well ad it as a compatibility patch for the mod.( ive personal tried messing with the duel wielding before and found it the most annoying thing ive ever done(and ive done some s#*! like trying to make mods work with mods that they just dont like and honestly had more success)
I love to play with this mod, but when I play around 30 minutes with this mod, it suddenly ceases to work.
I also realized this, it might me of importance: When the effect does not work, I resheath my weapon. There is no problem with the 3rd person point of view, but when I toggle to 1st person, the weapon is still in the palm, even when I activate a spell.
I can't seem to get this to work on one-handed weapons, but with two handed it works perfectly. I'm using CGO so I can use unlocked grip to switch any weapon to two handed to make it work but it's a bit of an inconvenience. Anyone know a fix for it, or at least a possible cause to look into?
Your image for the map is incorrect, because the shrine that is there isn't a "Strange Shrine" It's a Shrine of Mara. I have the mod installed and enabled, but the shrine is still a Mara shrine. Can someone help me where the shrine actually is? Thanks.
Nicely done. I use it to simulate Yautja thrown disks and spears; a possible enhancement/option for this mod could be diffrent projectiles. Get all the advantages of javilins or throwing axes, without the crazy scripting that dosn't really work well anyway.
Oh, and the shrine is directly next to Tiild Visun, if folks have Malinson's excellent TARDIS mod. Pretty much straight north from Silent Moons, but a bit of a hike.

I hope someone can help me.
Crashing when opening a Black Book can usually be traced back to an animation issue.
