Not saying there's anything bad about your mod, but even with 3 enchantments the player becomes OP.

Depends on how you build yourself. If you are stacking all output enchantments sure. If you are using it to maintain flexibility at high levels (e.g. the ability to fight with one handed weapons, two handed, archery, and spells) instead of having 4 archery, 4 one handed, ect, then it becomes much less so.

it's not OP. The usage of soul gems also increases.

For apparel, sure. For weapons, not really, since it works by fixed charges. That weapons that does paralysis, soul trap and absorb health might be very powerful, it's also guzzling souls. Conversely, sure you could use chaos and have a massively overpowered item, but chaos starts off massively overpowered; it does, on average, 1.5 times more than the base elemental effects (statistics), although only equal if the enemy has a resistance, while being priced on the level of one of the lowest elemental damage enchantments.

any mod can in theory make the game unbalanced. It all comes down to how you use them and what you're trying to achieve.
Having powerplayed for rather too long, I'm now looking for a balance of challenge and convenience.
you don't have to use all the available slots, but it's good to have the option.

Thanks to the dev. Will check this out.

Some mod armors are one or 2 pieces one,so this mod its very useful, like in a 3 pieces armor you can have 6 enchants, but with this mod you can have 5 enchants with one piece armor 6 would be better but its a great help already.
    Thank you

I agree with lv10001 about 2 still being a bit OP. Currently I'm one-shotting boss mobs and I can take out a Dragon Priest with 2 or 3 shots.

Nice of you to offer a mod like this but I'll have to pass myself.

@ azazelmoradaga - I do not why this mod not working with your user-created enchantments but try to clean them in TES5Edit. I will upload a optional version with 3 enchantments.

Edit: I searched nexus for enchantment mods. yes it has been done, but ten, 50 or unlimited enchantments is too much, even five is much, but with the mod who make skyrim balanced to high level characters I think three or five enchantments is just fine.
