As said already really awsome mod. And now I am using it as one of my homes. It has such a great level of detail and is great that I have to use it. ^^
Oh and as I wanted a show room, I created one ^^. I ll upload some pics if you don't mind after I finished it. It fits the design of the house I think an also isn't immersion breaking, as I created it to look like its a room under the river craved into the solid rocks.
To answer the main questions appearing in this topic: The house is located to the east of Whiterun. There is a map marker for the house. It requires the Dragonborn DLC. I recommend cleaning this mod with TESVEdit, since there are both ITMs and UDRs reported. This may or may not help with any crashing people experience after installing this mod.

Imperial Real Estate - REWORKED

Its a vault under the river, therfore it has also 2 entrances. one from the house and one from the smithery
