I tried it, but so far all it seems to be doing is replicating the files, I don't see any conversion made at all (even the XML format, still shows v6 in the "header", and the file size is exactly the same in both original and converted). Odds are, I'm doing something wrong, I just can't figure out what.
@Dragonjoe69 and TheBlackGhost Like it was already said this is a modder's tool. it does not change anything in the game, and although it relates to hkx behavior files, this has nothing to do with FNIS. The aim of this tool is to "upgrade" the behavior files built by HBT v6.x (an old free version) to the same version it was used by Bethesda (2010.2) when doing Skyrim's Behavior Projects.
That way, modders can try to implement and build new characters/behaviors.
EDIT: It worked when using directly the command tool though (AssetCc2.exe), so thanks anyway for helping me realize what AssetCc1 and AssetCc2 were meant to do <3
If this is a tool for modders that will help with animations you may want to open a thread over at the Bethesda Skyrim Mod Forums - http://forums.bethsoft.com/forum/183-skyrim-mods/
@theru Is this compatible with fores behaveior files?and could I possibly get a more civil answer to TheBlackGhost's question as Daftwalker's responce was very uninformative and rather harsh?
TheBlackGhost it just Upgrade Skyrims HKX Files.. YOU dont know what it does, so dont Touch it and let the Modders Pick AND let them do some Kind of new HKX Animations.
