    Entry 1:
They calls me 'The Axe Man'. After leavin Morrowind fors greaner pastures, taking yet another page from me Uncle, I headed to Skyrim. There's money to be made, he said. I'm sure there is plenty o work for a man likes me. I figures coulds learn to manufacture Dwemer objects to sell, for one, after I mades a bit of coin working elsewheres. Learnd quite a bit already lookin over this less than convincin axe I lugs around. Joined up with them Brotherhood folk. They seemed happy to have me. Lil girl Babette tooks pity on me, taught me hows to reads and writes. Thought I'd put me exploits down in this here journal.

    Entry 2:
Figure I get accustomed to me new homeland. Figure I won't be much good as an assassin if I can't even finds me target. Maybe I can learns the ways of the land. Get a better feel for me axe. I still handles it a bit clumsy, like a dusting rod. Can't hardly be a proper way for fighting. Tried it out on a few deer, elk and moose. A rabbit and a fox or two. Anything that moved and I coulds catch up with, really. Got quite the runnin around.

Ended up outta the woods and into some plains. Big giant folk with wooly mammoths out there. Seemed a bit too big fors me axe. Decided to avoid em. Night fell. Ended up tripping over some rocks, not even able to see very far in front of me own face. Should've brought a torch. I coulds see lights in the distance. Big, stone fort loomed up in front o me almost out of nowheres. Bunch o bandits inside. Took a bit of sneakin around, but was able to take a few out befores they spotted me. Ended up running between the ramparts dodgin arrows, but it was worth it. Gotta small haul of decent weapons to pawn fer some coin. That is, if I finds someplace close.

There was more lights in the distance, sos I headed that ways. Folks called it Whiterun. Guards were a might bit complainin about letting me in. But they seemed to change their mind when they saw how big me axe was. Pawned a few weapons to the dame mindin the forge, but she didn't have the coin fer all of them. Sent me across to the Drunken Huntsman. Pawned the rest with the nice little Bosmer man. Didn't catch his name. Probably for the best though. Had a bit o trouble after that.

My purse now heavy with coin, I turned to leave when I noticed this knock-out sittin in the corner. She was probably the prettiest dunmer girl I ever did see. I think my cold heart skipped a bit when she said she'd come with me fer 500 drakes. I was a bit short. Sos I snuck around the establishment for a moment and managed to scrape together the last few I needed. As I was about to go pay her, the most rude man, besides my uncle, I had ever met, spoke up.

Called himself Nazeem. Every word he spoke made me want to reach for me axe. But she was watching and so was the shop keep. When he was done verbally beratin me, I slipped Jenassa the coin.

And then, my heart skipped another beat when that bastard decided to head into the back room for somethin. I glanced back at the shop keep only a moment before followin him. I shut the door behind me just as he was settling down in the chair. The look of horror on his face as I raised my axe was priceless. Cracked his head open like a melon with one blow. Must of been too loud. The shop keep took quite the offense. Must've been his only friend, though I don't know hows anyone could've liked Nazeem. Jen shoved her dagger in his throat for me. I cleaned up the mess. They can rot together. Any woman that would kill for you on the first date is a keeper, I thinks.

Wouldnt he have died by now? This story in game predates the Oblivion crisis by at least a decade. Hell, even before the events of Morrowind.

Eh. I don't care. Makes for an interesting play-through. He quite possibly could be dead. But Dunmer can live for hundreds of years. So it's possible he could be alive and well.

There's a whole discussion on how long the elves live. Probably more than one discussion, but there's one.

You're welcome. Bethesda has some inspiring writing with their books, lore and stories. I much enjoyed making the character fit for Skyrim, and writing out the adventures I've had so far with him.

Now I'm wondering if I missed another good character opportunity somewhere. Going to have to start re-reading the books again.
