I'm weird and probably use the most unique controller setup ever, and have x set to right attack, which gets rid of dropping/giving things in the menu when using this mod. So my hopes to have normal menu interface controls were dashed when this didn't work. Is there a way to stop it from doing that?
I don't remember which DLC or update it came with, but when you try to press "Y" to make a skill legendary, it closes the skill menu and doesn't give you the option to make it legendary; therefore, I have to turn off my Xbox controller in the options every time I want to make a skill legendary.
Also, I'm not sure if this could be counted as a glitch, and it's probably not this mod's problem, but when doing character creation with the RaceMenu mod, it says to use "B" to be done, but I press "X" and it lets me quit. Also on the menu "X" says customize a color, but none of the controls work.
I have managed to fix the legendary issue. It is due to the Y button being the default key for jump, and reassigning jump reassigns the key to use for making a skill legendary. If you, like I do, use A to jump, then A is the button you should have to press to make the skill legendary. Problem is, using A to select precedes that command, so it won't work.
On to my fix. Put this line in your controlmap.txt file under the Menu heading: Jump0x390xff0x80001110xC01
What this will do is tell the game that, when on the menu screen, you press Y to jump. It will disable using Y to exit the menu screen (use B). You still use Y to mark favorites. You still use A (or whatever your preference is) to jump during game-play.
Thanks for the heads up about the controlmap changing in one of the DLCs!
I'm a little busy at the moment and don't have Skyrim installed right now, but next time I have some free time I'll get the mod synced up with the last Skyrim release and DLC.
Also, I've uploaded the mod to github if anyone just wants to submit a pull request:
Thought I'd give a heads up: FANTASTIC MOD! BIG help. Only issue so far was in the favorites quick menu. I use SKYUI which may be related to the issue but the instructions were to press "B" to toggle view and that button actually exits the menu. There is thus no way to actually toggle the view from full list to see the user-created load outs.

Is there some way I can use it along with Better Xbox360 Controller? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/246/?
