   I asked because Dawnguard and Hearthfire are on your load order, so I thought you could open them.

   Cicero isn't a Dawnguard/Hearthfire character, he's part of the dark brotherhood quest.
   I can't open Dawnguard or Hearthfire characters either :L

   Wait: can you open Dawnguard and Hearthfire characters on the editor 0.75.1? How? It doesn't work for me. The npcs don't be on the list.
