For those experiencing the "floating" grass issue in front of the hideout, this is a Bethesda bug and has nothing to do with this mod. Use this little fix, found it on the official creation kit page. I had the problems to and this was the fix for me.
Add this 4 lines to your Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini: Note: If you have already [GRASS] in there, simply add the 3 lines starting with b.
This is a decent mod, however I have performance issues when I am at the front of the honey moon hidesout, since I use SMIM (Static Mesh Improvement Mod) and the plant pots and fence make it lag a lot for me.
I think i can't change anything with your performance issues. Maybe your hardware and settings are not good enough to load that much?
I got a GTX 560 TI Hawk Twin Frozr II OC and i7 950 @ 3,07Ghz and i'm running +55fps infront of the hideout with +10 performance hungry mods like 2k hd, smim, ENB etc. Hm..

Fantastic job getting it optimized for occlusion culling, too!
Installing right now
The most people use the Nexus Mod Manager. So you only have to click the button above - Download(NMM).
Or you download the mod manually and extract it to your Skyrim folder.

Thanks!

I'll try my best. I'm not a navmesh expert but i learn very fast. 1-2 tutorials on this and i'll update the mod.
Thanks for pointing this out.
