Save editors and trainers for games almost always deliver false positives as they essentially are trojans that hijack aspects of your game. That's what they are meant to do. If you can, set up a folder for these and make the folder an exception so your Antivirus program stops pitching a fit, but **MAKE CERTAIN** you only put certified trainers and or editors into it.
Except this doesn't edit the game at all, it isn't a traditional trainer or editor, nor does it even scan any files for your game, all this program does is creates .txt files. So there is no excuse for it to create a "false positive" as it isn't modifying anything.
I can't seem to get Dragon Souls. It seems to work when I do the console thing but then when I try to learn a shout it says that Dragon soul is required. Am I doing anything wrong?
I know this is necroposting and you found a way to create a file or moved on, but i need to post this here so that other people may use this tip. How to create save_edit.txt file 101: 1. You run the program 2. Instead of going to "Save" and clicking "Create" you chose what you want in that file first. Example: In "Skills" select "Smithing" and set it to 100, then you can go to "Save" and press "Create"
To be clear: can this program write current stats, level and perks to the file instead of modifying anything? Probably not spells?
You see, I already keep bat files I created my self, for about 12 characters. So that I can always restore the characters, or swap them on the fly. But writing down every value of a character every time before I can restore them can be quite tedious. All I'm looking for is something that will automatically save that info, so I'll only have to copy+paste, or nothing at all
