This is great! One thing I would love to see in addition to this mod would be to add Heathfire additions, such as children's beds and rooms. Also, more clutter to fill the house would be nice. Just like more benches, storage, chairs, tables, etc. Great work!
Love the place, endorsed. Your mods are kind to my fps while still being rich with detail.
I also have a non-functioning mannequin; the left one. My follower also will not come up the float: he leaves through the front door and (this is what I suspect) goes to Neloth's tower. When I leave I find him there in the lift chamber as you come in. Odd.
Edit: Okay, I have a clue. I used the wait function on my follower, and he clearly thinks he's waiting; back at Neloth's place. So does my horse. So some marker or (insert specific function I don't know about) is telling them that I'm in Neloth's 'shroom.
Very nice so far. I'd have to second the motion that it would be better if the outside matched the interior. Seems like there would plenty of space just to the immediate north north-west, by the cliff overlooking the Tel Mithryn Graveyard.
If you are planning an update with a servants room, I have a suggestion for those of us whose mannys don't work. Move the mannequin further away from the wall. It might solve the problem.

It doesn't seem to be completely follower-compatable, but I don't mind that at all.

Derp, missed the alchemy table at first. Solved.
Too bad the interior doesn't really match the exterior.
