I converted it using cathedral because the kids always creeped me out visually due to hitting that that uncanny valley graphics wise. Talking dogs are 100% cuter. It seemed to work ok with some really basic testing on the kids in Whiterun. I got 13 errors on random items. I only have 39 mods running, so I will test it more. Of course, I probably just created some huge bug I havent found yet XD
Thanks I appreciate that. Bethesda and Steam have been working together for too long to forward a very American agenda, by creating puritanical ways of promoting violence and censoring everything else. By there own logic, I think Children simply don't belong in a game where characters can be decapitated in front of them anyway. So if they are going to censor one thing out of the game and not the other using the existence of Children as an excuse, I'm just going to have to take the higher moral ground by safely removing them from the game where they selfishly didn't. If anyone gets in trouble using this re-placer along side their other mods, then there is simply no hope for society. And on that note, theres this odd black car sitting out front with tinted windows. O.o
Its not a American Agenda, not very at all. Its a Liberal (Left-Wing) Agenda and there are Liberals in every county of the world. Communist/Socialist countries are run by Liberals (socialism/Marxism is a Liberal ideology). There are far more Liberals in Europe then in America for example. American Liberals are simply louder and more annoying (and perhaps more radical) then Liberals anywhere else in the world. But try not to confuse America and Liberals in the future.
On a related note, I've played Skyrim with adult mods for years, along with thousands of other players, and its never bothered us that there are children in Skyrim. So I don't think is obvious at all that Bethesda put children in the game to try to "discourage" adult mods. If anything, there was a huge complaint in both Morrowind and Oblivion over the LACK of children and I think its pretty obvious that Bethesda put children in Skyrim because of that.
If you think puritanical views is only an American thing you are truly deluded. And Marxism got nothing to do with liberalism, liberalism is centrist ideology while socialism is hard left. And Socialists/Marxists are some of the most puritanical, authoritarian people in the world.
Wow, so may people triggered by this mod. At the end of the day, it's just a game. Everyone plays their own way. If you want kids in the game, then by all means, keep them, don't use this mod, but there is no reason to be triggered by it. Yeah, some people don't want to be violent around a "kid" even in a game, it may make people uncomfortable and some people do use adult mods too (and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that) and when a kid unexpectedly pops in and stares at you, that is also really uncomfortable. Everyone should be able to play how they want to. Accept it and move on.
I downloaded this mod and played with it a while...and I didn't really like it. While I'll give gratz to someone who'll take their time and be creative by making a mod and putting it out there for others to see is great in itself, this is not a very well thought out mod. For one, it makes sense to have children since the plot revolves around the Dragonborn... dragon-born. Born. Had to come from somewhere. Was once a kid. Second some of the quests that involve children or young adults are really ...odd with this mod in use. third, the motive is wrong. The "moral high ground" you claim to take is skewed. You are entitled to your opinions, but how does erasing a part of the perceived problem going to resolve it? With a better motivation, this mod may have been something. Children in Skyrim is not a problem. It really isn't.
I will not endorse, nor recommend this mod in it's current state.
I will however give kudos and thank you for being part of the modding community. There is talent in anything we do. It's people that do this that keep these games alive years later. Hel! I'm still modding Morrowind! Thank the gods that Bethesda is allowing us to create user content as we see fit.
On a side note, I enjoy adult content in my game. I am a part-time developer on some known adult mods. While some of us could care less what the others do with the released mod is up to them. We atleast take a responsible approach to the work. I'm not about to ban consumer video cameras because some kids either voluntarily or are forced into doing something illegal, but I'll support other endevours to make it more of a risk and understood consequence. As for the assertion it's an "American agenda" 1) I just don't see it. 2) Speak to more Americans. For this particular American, I see no foul here. I was glad they were included. I'm working on a quest line that'll involve children. Forced slavery and oppression. A slaughtered town where the children had been captured and put to forced work. Now that children meshes are around, I can procede (I suck at modeling and texturing)
People get killed in front of children in other countries all the time. It's your job as the dragonborn to make that world evil go away. It's just kind of hilarious to say that Bethesda forwarded an American agenda because skyrim children, like many children in and outside of America, have to face life-threatening situations like everyone else. Removing it and acting like it magically isnt a problem kids would face is obnoxiously "puritan" in itself.

This mod is WAY better than having to add a killable mod and then use it...
for me this 3 mods are working in SE.
Put it at the bottom of the load order and run Finis.
Now playing 4houres with out CTD.
My System Spec.: SKSE 2.0.1.6 + Skyrim SE 1.5.8.0.

It smells conspiracy theory.
