Note to all users. Script Dragon has been known to cause infinite load screens when using the 'coc cellname' command in the console. Please test this early if you use 'coc cellname' often. If I figure out a way to fix this I will.
Note to all users who are asking why it requires Script Dragon. This mod uses functions which are only supported by the Skyrim console. Script dragon allows me to use these functions along with many others.
