You don't need to be really formal with your requests. Obviously, I won't do every single one, since I do want this mod to make some level of sense with the type of shout that it is, though if I really like the idea, I will create an alternate version and throw it up as an optional download.
The only real requirement the suggestion needs is that it needs to be somewhat lore-friendly, so no stuff like, "Electric Bolts start zapping everything in sight," and it also has to make sense in terms of the shout itself. Dragon Aspect, gain traits of a dragon. Dragons are Strong, Fast, Tough, Intelligent, Fierce, Intimidating, and quite a few other things. If it doesn't fit something dragon-related, I probably won't use it.
