Gonna add here to CLEAN YOUR GAME. had this issue but once i cleaned my game bandits started getting matching body/head color. I just wasted 3 hours on figuring this out when all i had to do was clean my mods.
I wanted to include two links that show an example of what I am curious about. (The below images are not from my game, but more or less show the problem.)
When I installed and ran this mod in a game that was started from the beginning, certain bandits end up with heads that are darker than their bodies. It's quite obvious and kind of ruins the feeling of the game. When I turn off OBIS, the bandits get proper colors for head and body. (No other mods have the issue that I am using, just some OBIS bandits)
I am sure it is probably a conflict, I do use body mods like UNPB and another mod that might be the culprit is decent women. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14443/?
I have ran LOOT to put mods in order since I have like 120-140 mods running, and there have been 0 conflicts, some are reported as dirty by LOOT, and no crashes yet. What I'm wondering is if there is a way to fix it so the bandits head / body colors match, or if it is an issue that is unfixable because of a mod conflict? Thanks in advance.
