There is a subtle semantic difference between a Whiterun surveyor and a surveyor from Whiterun. After all, the guy is not surveying Whiterun, you know ?
By the way, there also is a difference between an idol and an idle, though much less subtle ...
i find the From in their name weird. you could go Whiterun architect/ whiterun surveyor. the from ruins immersion. alot. also are they walking in a patrol in the city hammering on the walls and (idol marker Browse) looking at the walls / buildings.
