Wow ! That sounds tough Mod. Right now I'm playing with NO startings spells NO healing spells AT ALL! NO starting skills levels except for my race. Perks requiered to use magic and higher leaveled spells + having to read books in order to craft weapons and armor, + potions that don't stack so you can only have one at a time, Action Combat which is outstanding, and Locational damage with the criticals hits turned down, Immersive Archery, Disparity and Frostfall. But to blance that I have a mod which I can't find to tell you what it is that just makes armor stronger so I have a chance at winning fight + 220 odd other mods.
But I think no regen might be a step to far I must be a milk drinker!
I did however post on your Perk Extravaganza page and idea for an Argonian blood hunter perk so mortals {not vampires } could take advantage of the argonian t natural ability histskin + I think it would add quite a dark edge to the game.
I will read your page again and see if work it with a new profile.
New Description up after a long delay. I hope it's easier for everyone. Sorry I don't know how to do graphics and pictures. GEMS is such a great tool, it would be an honor to have a mod included there.
This looks really good. I prefer playing with slow or no-health regen and I like how you've considered related gameplay aspects. I also like the added affects when your stats get low.
There's a lot covered in this mod so my best suggestion would be to improve the description by making it more concise with some formatting enhancements.
I may add this to GEMS after hearing more feedback and there has been time to tweak it and address any issues. Nice job!
Holy Crap, Batman... I've got to try this on my next run through the game. *bookmarked* It would conflict with a few things, and totally change my playstyle to switch over now, but I am fascinated.
