   how to fill up boss userlist manager settings? pls help.

      Have you looked at the Help? You can click the "?" on the Settings title bar (on the left of the Close window button).
      
      If you have and it didn't help you, then please provide specific information about the difficulty you are having.
      
      Also, have you installed BOSS and run BOSS at least once to create the Masterlist? Settings will detect things for you if you have.

   After I install this mod with the setup.exe thing, do I need to do anything else or does it automatically sort the files?

      By automatically sort the files I mean as soon as it's downloaded the files are sorted and I have to do nothing else.
