It's sad this mod was never completed, it has a lot of potential but as it currently exists, it's pretty pointless unless you want a nice static location for screen poses and such. However what exists is nicely designed to be sure...
Wow, this is so good, I don't understand why you'd stop working on something like this when you already have so much. A few more interior cells and some NPCs and you can call it finished. Adding a few quests in would just make it perfect.

Imagine flying around on a dragon, or an airship and finding these lands secreted into the sky. Hidden high within the clouds and untouched and unspoiled by man for ages on end, and your character being the first after the passing of an indeterminable amount of time...
Sadly the potential of these types of mods are vastly under-rated, despite their beauty and novelty. Really hope the author continues to work on this, as-well to those with similar projects.
