At this time I do not plan on making anymore updates; version 1.0 is the final installation. I appreciate your requests and suggestions and will consider them if I ever decide to update in the future.
I'm currently using your Hvila home (and have on many past characters), which I love. I don't typically use large estates but wanted to see what you did with this one. Wow! The pictures really didn't do justice to how nice this is. Loved how lore-friendly it feels, the warm fires everywhere, the beautiful decor (love the alchemy area), and the auto storage features. And got a good chuckle from the Chef's name.
Really lovely and beautiful. This, as well as Hvila, are deserving of so many more endorsements. Thank you!
Ok, this comment, coupled with Malachi tipped me over the fence.
That's exactly what goes through my mind when I'm going through home mods, abodes etc. Way too big/fancy/out of place, nothing really fits with the mood.
Thanks, both the creator and you for explaining this. Will take a look at Hvilla as well.
Carah is located in Forsaken Cave, you need to find the dragon word wall. There is an opening to a hallway under the dragon word wall. At the end of the hallway you should see a pedestal... .Carah is to the left of the pedestal.
Great Place not to big and not to small. Not loads of clutter, mannequins etc. So no problems with performance stress, which is what usually happens with the great places My preference would have been to have had the enchanting table in the same place as the alchemy table, for more convenience. Love the fact that you have put a fire and flu in every bedroom, for better then a couple of useless mannequins, for warmer and more realistic. The buildings would have been extremely cold and you would have had a simple fire in every room, but some modders can just about handle one fire, and others can't even put one fire in a home, but will put in loads of mannequins, (so you would have somewhere to put you nice armor, but will never wear it again) because "you would have frozen to death". So thank you for the time you have put into this mod, and for once I will be keeping this home, and it will go with my favorite mods like Levelers Tower (not homely and I never live in it, but it offers so much and never hurts performance). So because I run over 200 mods it is for that reason it makes my game of skyrim different to anybody else's. That is thank to people like you who give their time to make these great mods, and then allow us to use them in our games and make each game our own.
really great house! i love it but for me the house is half sunk into the ground, is there anyway for you to fix that? i installed all the latest update you have but the problem is still there, thank you.
The home half sunk into the ground has never been an issue and I can only assume a possible conflict with another mod that has modified the same exterior cell. Try moving the Fonnheim.esp to the bottom of you load order this might fix the issue but I'm can not guarantee it. If you have tried this already and it didn't work than I don't know what else to suggest... sorry.
Wow, finally I've found a basement big enough for all my character! Thx Carah!
But here's a bug I've found, I'm using a mod called "Immersive Beds" and I just found out that only the right side of the double bed in the main room is accessable. Then i looked into its "cell", it seems that the left side of the bed has an "up" entry point, which makes it impossible to get in. So I strongly recommend you replace it with "NobleBedDouble01".
Anyway, great work indeed! This is so far my favorite home mod
Just downloaded and installed after a recommendation on the official forums. It looks great. I'll endorse after I get a chance to check it out.
Also FWIW, I ran the mod through TES5Edit, and there were a couple of dirty refs. Not surprising with a big mod that does a lot of edits, but it might be worth checking out if you do another update.
Thank-you for letting me know. The dirty edit is cause by wilderness respawn markers I had to move but when I do a clean-up with TES5 Edit it insists on putting the markers back and I do not want animals respawning on my roof.
