Brilliant, given that i never fast travel this removes the feeling i'm abusing the dragon souls to perks now that i have to trek across skyrim and make the pilgrimage to do so, excellent addition to my game thank you.
Thank you for this. I can't wait to go back home and see if I can get it to work. I have close to 20 souls that I have no use for and many perks that I would love to have. I will let you know if it works.
This is an excelent most, I mostly use addons that change around the perk tree's to a more flexible/fitting states of usefulness, so other perk related addons just add perks to the old tree's which makes addons that use costom perk tree's impossible to use, its simplicity is its charm, converting dragonsouls into free perks.
I don't use many mods, so my testing was all vanilla. I have no idea how this will interact with other mods(The script is tiny and does practically nothing, so it shouldn't be a problem). It is possible you are having a mod conflict.
I have the latest patch and the Dragonborn DLC, but when I use the shrine it takes my souls and I get no perk point(s). I'll see if I can find any probable causes, but just thought I'd let you know.

Are you seeing the message displayed in the preview images?
You can check what patch version you have by loading a save and hitting esc to bring up the system menu. It will be very faintly displayed in the bottom left of the system menu (tiny dark grey text on a black background). If that says 1.8.something, there must be a conflict with another mod (though I'm not sure what would cause it).
@Korayshin It needs the latest patch (1.. The AddPerkPoint function came with that patch. That wasn't listed in the description and thats my bad. Description is updated now.
