@lorenfisher; If you've already picked up Roggvir's amulet, find the little girl Svari, through dialogue she'll send you to Roggvir's sister, Greta, whom you can give the amulet to and complete the quest. That'll remove the quest flag from the Talos amulet.
@DanielLiswinski; I might look into those issues as well, though I can't make any promises as I have school to focus on and would rather use my free time to play Skyrim and complete some stuff before Dragonborn comes out. I mainly made this mod because the problem of Talos Amulets becoming quest items interfered with another mod I made, Amulets of the Shout Master. If I get the time later, I'll look at those items as well.
This isn't the only bug I know: As soon as u join the Academy, or even before and you find a Book "Children of the Heaven" or whatever it is pronaunced in english, it becomes a Questitem and u can't get rid of it and Urag isn't asking for it.....
In the Quest for repairing the White Pial you have to collect a Briarheart too. To bad if u have one already in your inventory (or in my Case more than 10)..... Same like above with the Book. Quintus takes one but it isn't the one you have to get, so I have now 13 Quest Briarhearts.
There is one "The Aetheriumwars" Book on a dead Bandits Body at Mzulft Exterior. Also a Questitem.
BTW Have u noticed that since Dawnguard came out, Delvin won't buy the one Falmer Eye? At least that is all happening on my Xbox360 for I do not own Skyrim for PC yet.

No problem, I researched the issue due to another mod I made; "Amulets of the Shout Master", which lets you use a Talos Amulet to make shout cooldown reduction amulets. After discovering it was due to Roggvir's amulet, I decided to poke around in the CK and make his unique.
Thanks for this fix. I'd encountered the "Talos amulets as quest items" issue before, but hadn't made the connection to picking up Roggvir's amulet. Good catch!
