Does anyone did something like this mod? I can't find a mod that do that this mod do. It's really sad. At least, someone that compiled the 080 version.
Sorry for not updating. Real life and school hit me hard. And since I'm not even playing Skyrim ATM the motivation to keep this project going is not very high. If anyone would like the source files, or even take control of this project entirely, they can PM me, and I'll make sure it happens.
the purpose of this mod is spot on, just tried the latest version ( that wasnt uncompiled source code version) unfortunatley allot of items that should have met stat requirements were being unequiped. Damn shame someone really needs to pick up where Brown left off this type of mod is very much needed!
been looking for a mod like this for a long time. unfortunately it somehow affects inventory menu, so that it shuts down immediately after i wear an item, or drink a potion, or open a book. so i can't read anything or drink 2 potions at a time
@brown8220 I am checking on ur progress already for about 7 months...and version 0.7 seems to be the first version with good compatibility (right?) so I hoped you could tell me how far that version is away ? THANK YOU
I love this. Honestly more because I like seeing armor and steel's use extended as long as possible more than a level tie to item use heh, but still, it does add a nice twist to gameplay. I think someday if I get obsessive enough to make my own skyrim twist, it's going to be a skyrim world with anything beyond steel plate/scaled, and elven rare or unheard of, to make things grittier at higher levels. Someday... heh.
Any chance for a edition of the mod which dont affect spells? I really like the item restriction however sometimes i dont like to have spells restricted.
