I tried to download this mod and kept getting freezes when I tried to start my game. Does this mod require all of the mods you listed in the description? (Caliente's CBBE, Apachii Hair, etc)
This is a standalone mod. Therefore, no other mods are needed. Do you use BOSS to sort your load order? Have you used TESVEdit to clean dirty esps? Is your save game broken and missing scripts?
It is a surprisingly androgynous approach, but that actually has possibilities for re-use in a follower mod with a quest and such. (Ever seen the old movie 'Dragonslayer'?)

I've found strange bug when this mod is installed with AFT (Amazing Follower Tweaks) and SkyRe. (I'm not sure SkyRe matters, but it's a big change, so I included it)
AFT lets you marry Lydia, if I start the marriage ceremony I get a CTD when the "married" status is applied.
I cancelled the wedding, and she was pissed at me, I managed to get her to follow me again, but then just traveling around outside she disappeared and became unsummonable with AFT. I figured she went after something bigger than her and got killed, and I was wasn't paying attention. (Which didn't make sense either since AFT makes her "essential")
Well, to my surprise every time I tried to enter Dragonsreach the game would CTD. I was going through mods and trying to figure out what was causing it. This was honestly the last one I'd suspect, but I disabled it and low and behold, Lydia was alive and well in Dragonsreach, and still pissed about the wedding I canceled, even though We had made amends when the mod was active.
So sorry to report, at least for me it seems, This mod and AFT marriage to Lydia are incompatible.
Maybe it old news, maybe it just my setup, but there it is. Thought I'd give a heads-up.
Hey, I really like your Makeovers! If you like making more of this, I would be pleased by an new Iona (the Huscarl from Riften). There are so many Lydia Faces here, but for some reasons there is no really good faces for Iona. And she is not a Beauty in the Vanilla-Game.
