This is an older mod but I just wanted to give others a heads up. I spent the last 2 days trying to figure out why I couldn't start Skyrim. It turned out whenever I enable/installed than 4 of these 'Lore-Worthy' mods, I get an instant CTD. I have over 300 mods installed and maybe it's a conflict with a specific one, but once I removed all of them, the game worked fine. It also worked fine when I added up to 3 of them after I tried different combinations, but when I added anymore, my game crashed. Again, this is just a heads up. Here's a list of the mods:
Hey there, I have a character who insists on vampire boots, so thanks! Tangential question, as I haven't encountered the boots yet via PC: From your experience, might you know whether any of the "typical" patches (eg, Unofficial; Weapons and Armor Fixes) address the upgradability of these boots? I have checked changelogs but did not find Movarth's explicitly mentioned.

Thanks! I figured CCO would enable it, but I'm using Ars Metallica instead. Guess I'll just get be getting them and find out!
