FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T FIND ARMOR RECIPES IN THE FORGE:
1) Your game version should be 1.9. 2) Make sure that you're trying to craft it at night, between 11pm and 12am and also make sure that you've completed 'Ill Met by Moonlight' quest. 3) Place mod at the bottom of your load order 4) ...you always can add this set to your inventory through console: type: help "hunting grounds"4 then: player.additem ID 1 but to Temper it you'll need to complete Hircine's quest: Ill Met by Moonlight. You can start it by talking to Sinding in the jail of Falkreath.
I am on Xbox and an using the "Moonlight Tales" mod.
After installing two different versions of this mod on Xbox (the first one, which only allowed me to craft the armour between 11pm and 12am, seemed to cause the problem mentioned below, while the other seemed to work a bit better but the problem persisted), the following problems occurred:
- I was unable to transform into a Werewolf. The animation would start, but my character would be stuck between wearing clothes and being a werewolf. I couldn't then press "B" or "up/down" on the d-pad to open any options, use my weapons etc.
- After a successful transformation, turning back into a human took longer than normal.
Uninstalling the mod/s and loading earlier saves (prior to installation) didn't solve this problem.
Although mods can cause unseen effects, and it could be due to all manner of mod combos, load order, etc, I suspect it's "this" mod (on Xbox) that caused it, as I never had this problem prior to installing "this" armour mod. The armor text states that something special will occur if a full set of this armour is worn by a werewolf, so maybe this affected the transformation? Does this armour remesh the werewolf to perhaps "wear" this armour in wolf mode? If so, then this was not included in the mod description at Bethesda.net.
One temp solution has been for me to save, completely exit the game to the xbox home page/dashboard and reload. That's how I noticed that the transformation back to human form seemed to take longer than usual too. I also (within the in-game mod menu) reset Moonlight Tales, which also seemed to temp. resolve the problem.
I've posted this report here, due to Bethesda removing comments from their website, as I don't know where else to post this.
Here are the links to the Xbox mods:
- https://bethesda.net/en/mods/skyrim/mod-detail/4218816 (first mod, which seemed to cause the problem)
- https://bethesda.net/en/mods/skyrim/mod-detail/4092890 (second mod that I used, in order to try and "fix" the problem) - https://bethesda.net/en/mods/skyrim?number_results=20&order=desc&page=1&platform=XB1&product=skyrim&sort=popular&text=Hunting%20Grounds%20Outfit (full list of other mods with the same title)
Any help would be appreciated in fixing this bug. Thanks.
If this can't be fixed, I would warn other Xbox players to be extremely careful or wary about using "this" mod at Bethsda.net.
Is there a way for me to change the armor slot for the hood to something other than 44 because it makes a the left handed rings from immersive jewelry be unequipped
This mod looks amazing but is there an option for the female version to have trousers like the male's version? Or at least without the exposed side thigh. Then it would be perfect.
However I have a slight problem with the Hood of the armor.
I don't know if its a problem of mod mix, but for my NPC, I have her wearing the Shanoa Armor (CBBE Slider version) and I wanted to give her the Hunting GRounds Hood Down version to cover the back of her neck. Problem is as soon as she equips this, any melee weapon she has sheathed on her side somehow shifts into her model, looking rather odd.

Any possible reason for this?
Would be nice if we get craftable version...for frostfall.
Thank you. really good looking mod ;)
