   I know but I used vanilla textures so you can use any mods you want to make them look better

      That won't help. These are custom NPCs so you need to export and package the facegen files in order to mitigate the 'grey face bug.'

   Do the Female Argonian, High Elf and Khajiit followers have seperate voice files of their own? Or are they using follower voice files?
