It's really easy to do it yourself. Download manually and install with NMM. Then you just use NifOptimizer on he meshes, open the esp in CK, save the esp, close, and enjoy!
Could you elaborate further on that? Is that all there is to it, or is it much more complicated than what you've put? I'd love to give it a go downloading the Creation Kit to make this SE compatible for my game.

I don't consider myself an expert on this topic, but I've been using the Dual Sheath Redux mod for a while. I have never had an issue installing a mod that uses it until this. Your mod refuses to use Dual Sheath Redux specifically because there's no mesh file for Dark Repulser's sheath- either on the hip or the back. It uses the Elucidator sheath, pointing it towards the same file, which doesn't always work. If you are going to advertise a mod as DSR compatible, make sure it is, 100%, because neither me nor anyone I know who plays this game can use this mod with both weapons equipped.
