if you don't know what hentai means, it's basically heavy sexual content (massive otaku here! it's also an anime, manga, otome game / visual novel genre!)
In this case, it's referring to another modder who uses the name Hentai. Since the original version of the dress was made by him, I put his name in the title to give proper credit. No sexual evocation is intended by any of my mods.
