      How do you do it? I installed this on SE too but it looked glowing.

      OK, I've tested your version, but it's the same glowing (especially under sun) result.
      I guess it is because SE ground mesh might contain something different from LE.

      BTW I recommend LH's grass texture if playing SE
      It looks similar to this.
      But he was banned so the texture is in his own site.
      That was a finally way I choose a grass texture for SE.

      I just check out the LH’s Realistic Field Grass HD, look like - thanks also have you checked out Ray's 4k Field Grass 02 SE

    For those who want to replace the yellow landscape of Whiterun area:

    - Open your Skyrim folder and go to Data\Textures\architecture\whiterun. Find wrfieldgrass01.dds and wrfieldgrass01_n.dds, back up these 2 files in case this method doesn't work for you.
    - Download the mod manually, extract the files to somewhere you want. Then rename the files you just extracted.
    - fieldgrass02.dds > wrfieldgrass01.dds , fieldgrass02_n.dds > wrfieldgrass01_n.dds
    - Copy and paste the 2 files you just renamed into Data\Textures\architecture\whiterun, yes to overwrite.

    Be aware that this does not replace all of Whiterun landscape, some place will still have that yellow ground texture due to them being a different files (replies with information about the names of these files would be very welcome)

      The file you search are wrstonebase01.dds and wrstonebase01_n.dds

      It's a texture mod, so it's compatible with SSE.

      I've tested it. If it's on SSE it has glinting bug (still green grass but there's a layer of light on it). So still wish that the author could convert it to SSE version.

      Textures don't need convertion.
      Meshes and esps do.
      Just don't use the normal map of it

    Awesome no performance loss this is great!!! I use it with "Climates of tamriel", "realistic lighting overhaul" plus "Veydosebrom - Grasses and Groundcover" and is the perfect combination for good looking skyrim lore friendly, realistic immersive with no performance loss nor conflicts with other mods!!! GREAT WORK!

    Can confirm that it doesn't work well with SSE. It is shiny and flashes with PC or sun movement

      Go to textures\landscapes\ and find "fieldgrass02_n.dds" and delete it. Just make sure it's the file ending with _n.dds and not the one ending in plain ole .dds.

      Doesn't removing the normal map remove height from the texture?
