If, like me, you don't want to make her never say these lines--you just want her to say them less often, or at more appropriate times--load the mod in TES5Edit, drag the original Dawngaurd entries which were deleted over this mod's empty entries (to revert it back to vanilla behavior), and then add extra conditions to them.
For her "Yes? What did you need?" line, I added "IsGreetingPlayer" = 1 as an extra condition, to theoretically make her say it only as a greeting when I choose to talk to her (if I understand the condition correctly). I tested it by standing right next to her for a good while and didn't hear a peep from her (except that it was too bright for her, which I hadn't heard in a long time). Then I cycled through all her greetings, and she went through all of them just fine, including the "Yes? What did you need?" line.
For the other two lines included in the optional version of this mod, I added "IsSneaking" = 0 as a condition, to theoretically keep her from saying them while we're sneaking. Haven't tested these yet, but should work.
Vortex has the two different files as redundant. Be nice to have a generic shut-up for all her dialog esp when she keeps repeating over and over even the Romance dialog is very repetitive.
Serana: "Who's there?" Last Dragonborn (patiently): "Serana, we are in their territory. We are the intruders; we are trying to sneak up on them. Stop talking."
Serana: "Where did you come from?" LDB (exasperated): "Didn't you see them when I did? Why do you say such foolish things? Shut up!"
Serana: "Yes? What did you need?" LDB (relieved): "To deal with you? This mod. Many thanks, Kuunkulta!"
All followers from skyrim are retard by nature, not only Serana. Vilkas, Farkas and Aela keeping saying "We stop" all the time, wen you, well, stop..... Only one follower has a good and very funny idle chat: Cicero.
So Kuunkulta, you could made a Idle chat overall for all followers.

Without add-on on her large amount of dialogues it was not existing.
