I have a problem that all court wizard that sell spell books have the same books for selling and I waited 48 hours ingame time, I tried to hit them and reload, triead kill them and reload, tried console command resetinventory, tried buy all books and they resock same books, tried buy everything they sell they restock diferent goods but the same spell books. is there anyone that can help here.
As he said, if you read anything on the forum that it did not work... i now have the same bug. resetting. reloading. saving attacking reloading. none of it works. i thought it was because of trade routes mod which still could be but other people having this issue.
Interesting. So I'd have to break each merchant individually, but now all I need to do is see if I can do it without player involvement--by, say, stacking enough items on a merchant that they break automatically.

I don't know the exact conditions which cause the bug, it happened to me with several merchants (Niranye in Windhelm, or Belethor in Whiterun are the most common occurrences), what I do normally is going all the times to the same merchant and unloading an INSANE amount of merchandise on them. Then, something breaks. My guess is that sometimes they get one item too many and they quit restocking until you buy all their items back and start with a clean slate.
I'd like to replicate this bug, and I'd like to replicate it across the board, as that particular restock is the only one I haven't been able to disable--only work around. Any information you could provide me would be appreciated.
