    My suggestions are: A) If you commit a crime and get caught doing so, a poster of you appears on the notice board and people come after you until you clear your bounty. B) Add new ways to clear your bounty (look at Assassin's Creed and previous TES titles for inspiration). and C) Make the bounty hunts part of a more complex story, if you can.

    How about adding npcs instead of just random generated quests... for example, you can find a rather curious npc that you don't seem to like but still seem intrigued by, and so you fight him he surrenders, and either you find a couple things out through a number of ways or you were using your serious play through and just straight up murdered the guy. So perhaps it will or will not give you a bounty yourself but it certainly wont give any one any obligations for arrest, but should apply a couple minor implications. So perhaps you did murder a guy, WANTED Deadoralive, but despite that perhaps it doesn't make anything against you other than how the guards see you, and how people in a tavern may see you, it may also vary on how it was done where it was done and how carelessly or in what manner. Of course the npcs that should only be affected, consist of bar tenders, and various new bounty hunters hirelings and other warriors and whatnot that you could add to the game to make it more stretched out. Of course that should only be the base statistics of the idea, I suppose it could also elaborate for names and titles and Unofficial titles, but also another title that classifies as Unofficial but Official or In regards or high threat level on something such as a list of criminals in skyrim. So I think it should be as if they are judging you but keeping their distance in regards to hold safety and how to properly deal with a vigilante, whatever the level. Also what this could potentially do is set a couple of ranking and behavioural status for follower mods that get added to certain places, so the tavern might have a mage or two, or just one, but the alchemist place might have an anonymous thief and more lively characters. But that will only be the end result if the jobs ever get that abundant. I also think that the bounty jobs should be more like searching for certain khajiits like kharjo. Constantly traveling and can't just be fast traveled to.

      Also add takedown missions, infiltration, and rescuse and even special ops if that ever becomes a thing. Which wont and shouldnt be called special ops it will literaly just be another group that may or may not be taken down at some point, not by the jarls or anyone but by everyone in it dying. So perhaps those can be randomly generated but perhaps it can have the possibility of certain outcomes where they last longer than usual. This idea could be used to represent the jarls way of experimenting or something like that. Also, riften isn't the most vast place so that probably wont be a place where all the targets can be at, the targets will probably have to have a routine check so that it cant just be another hit or miss. Also for certain harder missions that just take a lot of time and effort that you as the author probably took time and effort for as well, it can yield unique weapons, but never any weapons from mods that add a bunch of them, only the unique ones.

    I have an idea, instead of creating a new guild, including a new building for them, why not improve or upgrade the 9 holds barracks and jails, for bounty hunting?

    - Adding or using the already existing jail-cells included in jail

    - The area (City and Hold) that the wanted poster board is in should have targets within their hold, if a city is close to another holds border, their poster board will receive a wanted poster within the other hold, Riverwood is closer to Falkreath and can received target posters from that hold, not Riverwood receiving a wanted poster that is in Morthal (no where near Morthal), only the main holds big cites can received another holds bounty poster.

    - Each bounty reward should vary, depending on the level and skill of the bounty target, also the bounty reward should also affect the 9 Holds Judgement system (read below).

    - Each holds judgement system - when taking a prisoner in for bounty, after 1 or 3 they will approach the Jarl's court to be judge accordingly, choices are exile, term sentence or servitude, execution, and exile.

    - Each Hold's judgement system should unique and fits in to each hold, example Solitude will favor more public executions or to be export to the imperial city (exile), favored by the Jarl's court (WIP), or by default lifelong servitude within the legion (Drafting), Windhelm depending on the race, some prisoners will received a lazed sentence if they are a nord, if they are an elf or other race beside a nord will receive a heavier judgement, lifelong servitude, execution, exile kicked out of skyrim with nothing to wear or defend themselves, Markharth is self expanitory, prisoners will receive long term sentence in the mine or if worshiper of talos be handed over to the thalmor, Winterhold is strangely more unique then other holds, because they don't have a jail cell or hardly anything for that matter, so they jarl may decide if the carried out sentence should be handled by the thane (you), if the jarl favors the college, he may send the prison to the Arch Mage (1st(NPC) or 2nd(You)), other Holds will handle the bounty prisoner random by default, depending on the reward size.

    - Have competition for bounties, depending on how high the target reward, other bounty hunter will travel to the target area in attempt to take the bounty themselves or approaches you in attempt to offer you assisted to take the bounty down by splitting the reward, but after you captured or killed the target, you bounty target may approach you again to confirm that the deal is still on or betrays you and tries to take the bounty for his/her self this also depends on the reward as well, but if you decided to decline the offer in the beginning, you can be attack by the other hunter, or the hunter may just leave the area (depending on the level of the target) and let you deal with it, or may just go on in ahead and try by themselves to take the bounty, but may die by a few bandits or monsters in the way, if he is successful you will see him choosing to kill the target or walking the prison to hold that request it, in this event, players can chose to intervene, by forcing the take of the reward or kills the the hunter takes it.

    What do you guys think, I thought instead of adding new physical building and NPC's withing the game, Immersive Bounty Hunting could just improve skryim's vanilla and DLC, Bounty Hunting jobs already within the game, to spread and enhance more game-play and Broaden the overall feel when playing the game.

After playing Willy4x4 mod through a new game and though there are a few bugs and glitches, but not much to affect game-play, and I hope to see more updates in the near future.

    (This idea was created in references to, Witcher 3 bounty mission's, Skyrim's vanilla bounty quests, Companions' & Dark Brother hold bounty quest, and to the traveling bounty hunters, mercenaries and monster hunters, Destiny's bounty posts, and to other references I may be thinking but can't remember your names.)

    how about adding some random jobs to the message board instead of just wanted like a farmer needs 5 apples or go collect a troll skull for a mage maybe craft a sword for a warrior in town or something like that

    I was thinking putting the Bounty Hunter quest line as a side quest or just for fun to do some bounty hunting and put in as the guild is some where in skyrim towns or small towns for a start. That is all I had to say and I hope you do get all the files and ect. from before and thanks for the mod, I am going to try it out

    You could use the "unequip and tie like a prisoner and arrest" tool to be possible do this with any humanoid enemy of skyrim. I ALWAYS look for a mod to do that, cause I like to do a guard character roleplay. So i get other mods and do everything "manually" to make be possible arrest the enemies instead kill them everytime.

    Hey man,I was wondering if you can add other bounty hunters for like competition because I saw the sigil of justice or something you know the building its kinda empty.This is just a suggestion man you don't have to do it but you know it would be great if you can

    I think that you can work with the Autor of Inmersive creatures and add new contracts for hunting rare beast

    This is new and intersting so here is some ideas...
     
    Killing with a certain weapons (this may not be possible)
    Collecting a piece of the deceased...e.g Rush's Pendant
    Killing target at a certain time e.g 11pm-5am
    Kill in a certain location...
     
    Again these may have been done but glad to put my own thing on it
