You do know that muffle effects with a magnitude 35 doesn't actually make you move any quieter then a magnitude of 1.0 , right?
The magnitude of 35 on TGNightingaleArmorBoots03 in the vanilla game is a major typo.
Yes but on my 'Thieves Guild Enchants' upload people were asking why I didn't make the muffle enchantment stronger on the upgraded set piece, rather than trying to explain it again in this one I just copied the vanilla value to save the hassle, instead I get a question asking if I know about the meaningless vanilla value difference, it doesn't matter what I do or even if I bother to explain these decisions I guess because people will ask the question about muffle either way.
