I'll try to nav-mesh the place but I don't think I'll succeed. I don't 100% guarantee it'll be. (I don't have any followers with me anyway) I will fix everything in the next version and (maybe) add a merchant. The flashing textures are (mostly) fixed. Anyway, thanks for constructive criticism. It is always appreciated.
The screens look nice so I checked it out; a few problems immediately came up-
-Discovering and fast traveling to does not take you to the entrance. It's a bit of a pain to actually get to the entrance. The last thing you want your own home is for it hard to get into.
-It's pretty dismal from the outside. I don't need grandeur but it should at least look like something you'd want to call your own, you are the dragonborn afterall.
-I assume it's not nav-meshed for followers since mine didn't enter.
-Inside textures were flashing.
I do like the simplicity of the home but since it's so far away from any town you should think about having a merchant inside w well stocked crafting supplies, potions, etc.
A bit of advice since it's your first mod then I assume there are no pics and file yet because you are still working on final details before uploading them. In that case, it's better to hide the mod from public viewing (the mod description section has that option) until it is actually ready to be seen and appreciated.

The name is kind of misleading.. When I read "Twilight Hall" I expected something outdoors..
Keep up the good work. I'm definitely gunna be following your growth as a modder
