   there is a better way to make any inn/shop or even a town your own home. but this is a good first step i like it!

   I know some oldrim mods will work with sse and some will not.

      .pex and .psc scripts are generally directly compatible. There's an abundance of information on conversion on the internet.
      
      All you should need to do to safely run this in SSE is update the form version to 44 with the CK.

   For anyone thinking of using this with SSE: my attempt was unsuccessful. I did not try to do anything else apart installing, TBH. Gave me the spell 'Clear Home' but no action happened when casting.

   can you plz make a sse port skse64 is out so you most likely could do it (i really want to make Uttering Hills Cave and/or that place where you get the shards of dagons razor my home)

       It requires SKSE, so that's likely not possible.
