Where is skyrim directory, google says its program files/skyrim but that doesnt exist since its inside steam. Really want this mod so I can have insane attack speed with elemental fury.

All you have to do is console command player.forceav shoutrecoverymult 0 in game. Seems like a lot of extra work putting it in a file and still having to use a console command anyway.

Not working for me. I try "noshoult" (without quotes) and no script found, so I try the actual file name of noshoutfornexus and does nothing, I try noshoutfornexus.txt and get a syntax error.

Would really like to find a mod that removes the cooldown for the shouts without buffing the shouts and making them more powerful.

However, if I type in player.setav Shoutrecoverymult 0 to the console then it does remove the cooldown on the shouts, not really sure if it carries over between when I save the game and then reload it again.

Enter "bat noshoutfornexus" in the console command, that's how I got this mod to work for me.

Um... this isn't a batch file or anything.

It's just a notepad (txt) file with "player.setav Shoutrecoverymult 0" written in it... in a zip.
Good chance I'm doing it wrong but... it's poorly explained here.

This is a perfect solution to reduce time beetwen dragon shots, and thank you. But I would you to create us an .esm or esp. file for this.
    Can you create a mod-file?

    Sorry for the grammatikal mistakes

Should be "forceav" not "setav" .So it should read "player.forceav shoutrecoverymult 0" without quotes
