      The addperk number changes from game to game.
      Just type help "Dual Flurry" in the console to get the addperk number

   Yes, there's a high Chance that this Bug won't appear anymore when you learned Rank 3.

   Does this help fix the dual flurry bug that when I switch from any spells to dual weapons my attack speed is super slow. Its reported to be associated with dual flurry level 2, but I've heard that using elemental fury can mess things up also.
