Firstly, just let me say that this is, by far, the best Breezehome basement I have seen. I seriously doubt there is a way to fix an issue I'm having, but I'll give it a try:

I use Breezehome Firepit Removed, and with your mod, the firepit reappears in Breezehome. Now, I've tried sorting out any loading order conflicts that might have caused this (moving your mod up the load order), but the pit remains. Do you have any idea why this is? My modding ability is limited to retexturing, and have no ability with the CK, let alone the knowledge required to sort an issue like this out.

Any help you could provide would be invaluable.

I have the same issue, yet even with just this mod I get lighting bugs around the home (lights only flash on when getting close to them, and appear to be off/dull when distant) and as you say, the fire is fixed on the spot and defeats the other mod. I am sorry you haven't had any help, years on. Too bad it's abandoned.

You put the stairs in front of my poor daughter's room! What if she falls down the stairs and breaks her neck?

    @ SuperJ96744,

if you use an other mod, it's possible that you have a conflict. The lights from the fire pit and candles chandelier are from the original game. I didn't change it. But I tried to put a candles chandelier on the first floor, and I encountered your problem with those from the ground floor.
I didn't understand yet. That's why I used table candles.
